We are getting our act together. Or at least we are trying to. In a few weeks, the busiest period of the year will begin. Starting on November 6 or 7, we should see a turnover of 4k-10k every day. I would like to get a 25% margin from that.
There are several steps we are taking right now to achieve that goal. We have planned very important sales for that date and we cannot fail.
It all starts with an estimate of expected sales. We did this last year and we will repeat the exercise this afternoon. We have an overall figure but it will be a matter of detailing this result at the level of different product lines. In this way we will also have a more realistic view of whether the figure is achievable or not.
This is theoretically already done and turkey whatsapp number data we are waiting for the last shipments from China these days. We are also still placing new orders with local suppliers that if all goes well will arrive faster. There will also be, as always, many Christmas offers that, as good resellers that we are, we will know how to take advantage of.
Optimize and retouch listings
I’ve mentioned this before. In the second half of the year we focus on improving what we have. We still don’t do it enough, but it’s something I need to insist on even more. Sometimes it’s communication and socio-economic and subsistence combat mode of women in the village of tintilou/pousghin, rural commune of komki ipala, kadiogo province, centre region, burkina faso changing a photo, other times adding keywords, improving translations, etc.
A/B testing your cover image
Another key will be A/B testing. Last week we discovered malaysia data that a photo rejected for aesthetic reasons converts almost 50% better than the most visually appealing one. We need to work even harder on the data with these types of initiatives.
This year we have a lot of mature Lego. In fact we are already moving a lot of the inventory. There are even sets that have already sold out before Christmas, which we have never tried before. It is also something to take into account when calculating the units for future orders.
