Microsoft has finally releas the final version of the Internet Explorer 10 web browser for Windows 7 users. What does the decimal version bring to them?
The Internet Explorer 10 web browser was prepar by Microsoft for its Windows 8, Windows RT and Windows Server 2012 operating systems released last year. Now its sharp version for the popular Windows 7 is finally coming . However, the first and probably the last service pack must be installed. Internet Explorer 10 for Windows Vista is not available.
Internet Explorer 9 was no longer available for the ever-popular Windows XP, so it’s no surprise that its successor browser doesn’t support this turn-of-the-century system either. It’s a shame, though, because Internet Explorer 10 supports many new features for web developers. Users of Windows XP and Windows Vista can be recommended to switch to one of the more modern browsers, which will offer them even more functions.
There is little news for users
The new Internet Explorer 10 does not bring any significant news to Windows 7 end users. Its user interface is almost identical to the previous version. The design has undergone a slight cleaning in the style of the desktop user interface of Windows 8, which is especially noticeable in the more contrasting treatment of the “ears” of individual tabs, as Microsoft has long called panels. Even the vertical and horizontal scroll bars are carried in the Windows 8 graphic style.
Internet Explorer 10
Compared to Windows 8, however, in Windows 7 the new Internet Explorer 10 is only available in the traditional desktop version. The touch version, optimized for finger control on touch screens, remains a prerogative of the Modern UI (aka Metro) environment, which of course (and fortunately from the point of view of many users) older Windows 7 does not offer. However, this is not the only novelty of the decimal version of Microsoft’s browser, which is not available for Windows 7.
As the only modern browser, Internet Explorer 10 under Windows 7 does not even support basic synchronization of favorite pages (bookmarks), history of visited websites or saved passwords between different computers. Microsoft sweden phone number data did not make synchronization a browser function, but a system function in Windows 8, Windows RT and Windows Server 2012 linked to a Microsoft Account (formerly Windows Live ID).
At least for synchronizing favorite
items (bookmarks), it was previously possible to use the Windows Live Mesh cloud service, but its how we are going to increase customer lifetime value through synergy operation was definitively discontinued in February 2013 . The successor Microsoft SkyDrive does not directly support the synchronization of favorite items, but bw lists you can use a relatively simple trick . Another option is to use the Xmarks plug-ins for synchronizing favorite items (bookmarks) and LastPass for synchronizing saved passwords.
