What is a SMART goal?

S: Specific

Your goals should be realistic. They shouldn’t be modest, but they shouldn’t be out of control either. For example, if your company generated $1,250,000 in revenue last year. Don’t base your goals on $4,250,000 in revenue this year. Try to inspire your team and not make them fee.
