I was amazed and impressed with the discipline with which we executed tasks in the first phase of our business. We had to pivot because selling collectible cars did not offer a large enough critical market mass. But we did very well and today we are a long way from the discipline we had in those days.
I’m tasked with picking up on that topic. I’m going to create a template to pick up the weekly reports. These are the big fields I want to cover.

Optimization field
It is the second phase of the year in which we are focused on everything we have. Tasks that we have to focus on are these:

Business development
In the first phase of the year we focus on new products. But in the second phase of the year there are also activities that need to be carried out.
