Nowadays, we need to monitor consumer conversations. We also need to clearly understand the evolution of their habits, the changes in their interactions with our brand, and how our brand can respond to changes in our customers’ needs.

Let’s get to know their the final steps we are taking to prepare for christmas sales needs. In a way, this might mean that we will have to enable these conversations online (on our website via chatbot. Ton our social channels or via feedback survey).
2. Strive for Knowledge, Authority, and Confidence (EAT)
You can cultivate your brand by strengthening your awareness. Authority shopping data and trust; this is what GOOGLE calls the EAT Principle
Google doesn’t want to return search results that lead. To pages that are poorly informed, opinion-based, possibly fraudulent, or even potentially harmful.
For this reason, and particularly now with the high demand for traffic on the Internet, Google asks business owners to:
Demonstrate your knowledge (starting with research to determine the right keyword.
Show some authority (have backlinks ) to highly reliable sites.
Prove that you are trustworthy (positive reviews from your users and ensuring that your site is secure).
If you focus on these three factors, you will have a better chance of improving your website optimization.
