Here we are, two weeks into a brand new decade and (if history is anything to go by) some of you are already struggling to keep your infamous New Year’s resolutions. According to some studies, only 8% of those who make a list of resolutions actually keep them . (Wow!) But no judgement here. It happens to all of us. Sometimes life gets in the way and it’s hard to shake off deep-rooted habits.

What’s caught my attention recently is the kind of resolutions people are talking about.
