This is how part-time self-employed people stay motivated

A major problem for part-time self-employed people is motivation, or the lack thereof.

In the following, I describe my own experiences in this regard and give motivational tips for part-time self-employed people.

Motivation as a Success Factor

You can only be successful if you are active.

With the daily stress that work and family obligations anhui cell phone number list often cause, 24 hours are not enough for most people to complete all their interests and tasks. Many fail not because they are bad or because part-time self-employment does not work, but because they simply lose motivation.

It’s very comfortable to sit at home in front of the TV when you don’t have any real pressure to do something on the side after work.

I see this problem again and again, for example with the Niche Sites Challenge . Many people drop out after just a few weeks, mainly because they cannot motivate themselves to be active in the long term.

My experiences with motivation

I know the problem myself, of course.  We are human and it is completely normal for motivation to fluctuate.

When I was still employed, I made one or two attempts to set up a blog or a website. But after work I just didn’t feel like doing anything professional anymore. At least not on a project on a long-term basis. Of course I had ideas and I’ve been very interested how to optimize and reduce the costs of creating your call center in websites since .

Later, when I was working full-time as a founder, things were different, of course. I continued working after normal working hours and worked on my first blog, this one. I just had so much fun and the pressure of fear of losing my job and lack of money also helped.

When I started making income from my blog, it was also a huge motivational boost.

And today, after more than 11 years of self-employment , I am cameroon business directory still motivated and enjoy going to work. This is partly because I am always starting new projects, making changes and looking for new challenges.

At the beginning of the year, I started a new board game blog , for which I also publish a monthly case study . That’s what keeps me motivated.
