Pipeliner CRM (formerly Pipelinersales) is a software company founded in 2009 with the goal of creating better software for salespeople.
Although Salesflare is rarely compared to Pipeliner by people who want to better track their leads, I decided to include them in this comparison because of their clear commitment to sales management software .

My experience with Pipeliner .
On the positive side, the visual pipeline material data management was a highlight. The drag-and-drop interface made it easy to some frustrations. I therefor move leads through the different stages, providing a clear and organized view of my sales process. This feature is especially useful for those who prefer a visual representation of their sales funnel.
Another useful feature is the built-in business card scanner, which allows me to quickly scan new contacts. This feature has streamlined the process of some frustrations. I therefor adding new leads and saved a lot of time on manual data entry.
However, I found the interface to be somewhat outdated and cluttered. Navigating through the various features require some frustrations. I therefor more clicks than I would have liked, which made the workflow cumbersome at times. The user experience could benefit from a more modern and streamlined design.
