1. Connecting WhatsApp as a channel in the conversation tray
This month, the most important new feature has been the possibility of connecting WhatsApp as an additional inbox in the conversations section. This new feature will, for the time being, be includ in Marketing Hub and CMS physician database Hub in Pro and higher plans . This way, we can connect a business WhatsApp account to HubSpot and manage conversations centrally.
