HR specialists and employers have come up with a system of grades to make it easier to determine the value of a specialist on the labor market. The essence of grades is that an employee’s salary depends on a combination of factors: level of responsibility, working conditions, cost of a mistake.
What grades are there in IT
In the IT environment, there are three main grades:
Junior (junior) – solves simple problems under the supervision of more experienced comrades.
Middle (middle) – writes code independently, but is still under the supervision of seniors.
Senior – does everything himself: deals with architecture, interaction of systems and other high-level things.
The division is conditional; requirements for employees may vary in different companies.
