Next Friday, July 27th, Cesenatico will host “Tramonto DiVino”, a food and wine event that aims to bring together the best of Emilia and Romagna, in terms of food and wine, in a single location.
Tramonto DiVino will begin at sunset
– from around 7:30 pm – in the characteristic Piazza delle Spose dei Marinai in Cesenatico. Representatives of over 200 wine ghana phone number library producer labels will be present, who will be given tastings with products exclusively of PDO and PGI origin and exclusively from Emilia-Romagna, such as Modena or Parma ham, Bologna mortadella, extra virgin olive oil from the Faenza hills or nectarines. In fact, the evening will transform into “Squacquerone Night”. The event was organized to celebrate the fact that the famous Romagna cheese that goes with piadina has recently entered the list of DOP products of the region. The tasting will be led by representatives of the Associazione Produttori Squacquerone di Romagna who will serve it, obviously, with piadina romagnola.
Tramonto DiVino and Squacquerone Night
are two initiatives that are part of the program of events “Emilia Romagna è Un Mare di Sapori” and that enjoy the support of the Regional Department of Agriculture and the patronage of the municipality of Cesenatico. Participation distinct from those of in the evening costs 15 euros. The ticket includes a tasting glass with pouch, a tasting of the wines present, a selection of tastings of the gastronomic specialties of the evening and the book “Emilia Romagna da bere e da mangiare”.
